We stand behind our work. If something we serviced isn't working right, we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge — provided the original work is still covered by our written warranty on the work order.

Covered

• Lock installation and rekeying workmanship
• Car key cutting and programming we performed
• Ignition repair we performed
• Hardware we supplied (subject to manufacturer warranty)

Not covered

• Hardware supplied by the customer
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or third-party tampering
• Normal wear over time
