Deadbolt Installation
Add a deadbolt for extra security or upgrade your existing one to a high-security model.
Deadbolts are the most important lock on your house — and unfortunately, the deadbolt that came with most homes is the cheapest grade the builder could buy. A Grade 2 deadbolt installed with 3-inch strike screws will survive over 90% of forced-entry attempts. A builder-grade Grade 3 deadbolt with 1-inch screws survives... about 20%.
We install Schlage, Yale, Kwikset, and high-security Medeco / Mul-T-Lock deadbolts. If your door doesn't have a deadbolt yet, we drill the cylinder hole and bolt receiver in 45-60 minutes.
